I think this is irrelevant.

I co-authored a set of booklets on Fert systems.

However, when I decicde to open a 1S psyche, I'd like any possible ensuing 
appeal to be decided on the grounds of "psyche", not of "concealed 
agreement and disallowed system".

But that's exactly what declarer wanted here.

BTW, not leading the CA in said deal was perfectly logical.
In the absence of a 3C opening, the double -if showing clubs and looking 
for a sacrifice- should be based on a long and weakish club suit, which is 
good reason for not leading CA. Because, if this is the case, declarer 
probably hods the -badly placed- CK, and dummy might even hold a void.
