And exactly what makes an opening bid by someone who mistakenly thinks he is
the dealer any different from the same opening bid by the same player in the
same position when he really is the dealer?
Unless you establish a real difference between these two opening bids your
declared agreements on your subsequent calls will necessarily apply equally
in both situations.
