following an opening bid in turn rho has a choice of n possible
attitudes: n legal calls. following the same opening bid out of turn, he
has n+1 possible attitudes, with the additionnal option not to accept
the bid out of turn. the difference makes that his optimal strategy to
assign some meaning to different calls may be different.
