OK, if you prefer "I have HCS in H, specifically the ace"

It is of concern to the law-makers.  If the specific card(s) shown 
has/have "high card strength" the bid is not conventional.

But in that case the answer would have a meaning "other than" HCS in the 
suit bid  (albeit it might still not be conventional if it showed extra 
length).
