Or perhaps the communication thereof.  It would surely be helpful were 
you simply to endorse Ton's clear statement that messages about specific 
high card(s) in the bid suit are included within the allowed meanings of 
"high card strength".  Of course if you feel unable to endorse that 
opinion it would be helpful to acknowledge that the definition is 
clearly flawed.
