It is indeed my problem that Sven fixed.  Somehow unintentionally my
email was sent with HTML.  I sent it to BLML and to Sven since I had
some questions that I directed to him.  Sven kindly forwarded it to
BLML with his own comments enclosed.

So in the above the first paragraph is mine and the paragraph starting
"My comment..." is Sven's I believe.
