+=+ In my opinion "the Spades are running"
is clear indication that he has miscounted and
it is not until he attempts a trick that he loses 
that he will normally wake up to the facts. If
he does realize the position before this he should
speak up to say so immediately. Until stopped 
dummy must continue to play the cards smoothly
and show no surprise or dismay.
       "Run the Spades" is different and he may 
quickly become aware that they will not run all
the way down.
