[A] For players: Is the resultant game more
    enjoyable? Do more players understand and
    agree with the rules? Is the game still
    recognizably Bridge?
[B] For directors: Do more directors understand
    the rules? Are the rules easier to enforce?
    Do the rules result in more consistent
rulings?
[C] [For everybody] Are the rules more complete,
    clearer, simpler, more internally consistent,
    less subjective? Are the laws well laid out,
    indexed, easy to find?
