Neither, it is what you must expect from time to time.

A very likely reason is that in this world of dynamic IP addresses (which
most of us have!) there is a certain possibility for the IP address which is
given by a DHCP service to be the same address that has recently (and
correctly) been registered by some surveillance service as being abused.

Until the abuse registration "times out" and is dropped again from the abuse
database most email surveillance programs will now flag all emails from this
IP address as being suspect.
