At this point declarer claims 6 of the remaining 7 tricks.
NS look at him expectantly and he says "all tops" or something like
that.
I don't think anyone believes West has miscounted the trumps -- but he
has not shown any awareness of the fact that he has several different
ways of entering dummy, which are not guaranteed to be successful.
Do you allow him to make, or do you impose entering dummy with CK,
ruffed?

It seems to me that declarer could indeed have miscounted trumps, and
think that the only defensive trump outstanding was the master ace of
trumps. Trick five is consistent with declarer testing whether the
defenders' "four" trumps broke "two-two".
Therefore, I do impose the normal, careless and inferior play of the
king of clubs.
