There is a difference between a question like: "Is it a cuebid" which calls
for the answers "yes" or "no", and a request like: "Please explain".
What I have tried to express is that when the question just calls for a
"yes" or "no" answer then it should be perfectly OK to answer that question
with just one of those two words.
An explanation should of course be more complete.
