Yup.

Simply that while in general you want to reply to the list
from time to time you want to take the traffic off list.

It's generally harder for most people to figure out the sender's
address (though most lists bury the info in the headers some place)
than to remember to set the address to the list (and most people
will let you know if you've forgotten)

I'm on lists with both types of behaviour. No biggy to me either
way, but I think Henk's choice is the best compromise -- even if
it's "wrong" more often. Matter of taste though.

At least every message has a footer with the info required.
