This means three things :

1. When you do want a specific item of information, you will only get it 
among a sea of irrelevant (to you) information ;
2. It is unnecessary variation to ask question in different forms, whence 
it carries strong UI ;
3. There are two logical positions : either one may ask how one wants and 
get the relevant information, or there is only one way to ask ans get 
information. But this intermediary position is intenable.
