+=+ I have now 93 laws to go through implementing the changes of
wording where they occur. When I get to this one I will have a look
at exactly what we have said, but I cannot release details until the
lengthy agreed post-Verona procedure has been completed. There 
is a long way to go yet. We are aiming for ratification and adoption 
of the new code by the Executive in Shanghai. Maybe you will then
