We are taught in the EBU that we must not react unless summoned and that we 
must restore equity, no matter how we find out. Thus i restore the equity in 
a revoke case, but don't interfere with play. I got this wrong the first 
time it happened.  Thinking out loud, if I saw cheating I would still not 
react until the hand was over.  John.
