On reading this I am sure that we are in complete agreements on the role and
duty of the Director whether he observes events accidentally or from being
summoned to a table.
But we use different terms to justify the same conclution.
The essential point is that Law 81B6 [to rectify an error or irregularity]
does _not_ authorize or require the director to interfere with the
activities at a table where he notices some irregularity; only to take the
appropriate actions after the board has been completed.
