To sack a legal administrator for hiding significant changes in obscure 
missives would
create an uncomfortable precedent for WBFLC which has steadfastly 
refused to incorporate
such changes directly into a web-published version of TFLB :)

In this case, IMO, you should first find out whether the same team was 
wining after 24 boards
as after 28. If so, I think you should let the result stand. OK OK I 
realise that is just a
pragmatic solution.
