Really? 

Could you please do me the favour and explain why this player shall be ruled
to have passed while the other player had not? They both believed they were
in the position of making the closing PASS and they both behaved in exactly
the same way by collecting their bid cards and restoring them to the bid
box. I'm sorry but I am unable to see any legal difference here.
