I don't retract the permission to enquire of declarer.  Indeed if the 
attention of partner is not drawn to his revoke by a question of 
declarer there is no problem, but if the effect of the question is to 
draw attention I'll decide it's a form of illegal communication between 
partners and impose revoke penalties according to the law.
