Well, maybe next time you might rule against him. Pretend to "not
know" that there is only 1 diamond out. Ask him to explain that he
knows this to the Appeal Committee. Maybe that will teach him. Or at
least, tell him that you might rule like that the next time - and hope
he's going to change his methods.
