Declarer nominates "A small ..."
at which point he is interrupted by a cry from dummy
"your hand partner".

(a) Has a card been nominated , if so which one?
(b) If you require declarer to complete his designation,
     can he nominate a non existant card. What law are
     you applying here?
(c) Has dummy committed an infraction by drawing
    attention to an irregularity?
