Hi What is a reasonable time to expect a national authority to deal with an appeal? Or should I say what is unreasonable? Overnight? 1 week? 1 month? 3months? 6 months? 1 year? something longer? Is there a principle of natural justice that should govern the timeliness of dealing with an appeal? Thanks Wayne
