Of course not.

Sure. So you try without looking. But sometimes you realize that you are 
unable to get the difference between 25A and 25B over to the player. 
Very rarely, but it happens. So you have no choice, have you? You cannot 
flip a coin and possibly adjust the score later.

Not in 25A, and not if the players do not know whether the TD has seen 
the cards. If you zake the player round the corner.... No problem there. 
Of course you have to avoid giving UI as TD, no question about it.

Right. And he can, if he is careful.
