Thanks.   I also received mail informing me of the following site,
http://www.dybdal.dk/tl/wbflc/text/
which has minutes from 1997 to 2002.

But neither site had any minutes for any meetings after 2003.  
Has the committee held any meetings since Nov. 2003, and, if so,
where are the minutes available?  Thanks.
