My initial reaction is "Why would this be necessary?" - if the answer is 
on the CC an opponent can look it up for himself.  My secondary reaction 
is that a visually impaired opponent may have a problem with this (but 
then that should be dealt with under specific rules for the impaired 
rather than general rules).

If one has a very long CC/system notes I don't believe the current laws 
forbid one from flicking to the appropriate page and saying "the answer 
is about here" - providing one doesn't consult the CC while so doing.
