The sponsoring organization should forbid answering a question just by the
name of a convention (e.g. "michaels") if there is any ambiguity about
its meaning.  They should be required to answer "5 cards in the other 
major and 5 or more in an unspecified minor" or the like (along with the agreement
on strength, if any.
