Please note that the red color of the rag doesn't make any difference.
Bulls are nearly colorblind.
The red color of the torero's scarf and girdle, however, seem to be
reminiscent of the color of blood, as it might be shed when the bull
temporarily wins.
Apart from that, I'd like to clarify the fact that Herman's statement :
"either the spoken explanation conforms to the CC, or it doesn't"
isn't necessarily true.
Obviously, TFLB allows us tu use fuzzy logic (where the truth value of a
proposition may be any real number between 0 and 1 included).
Weighted scores typically use statements like
"it is 70% true that the lead would have been found, had complete
explanations been given".
So we're allowed to say that the spoken explanation partially conforms to
the CC. And that's often the case when a problem arises.
