Previous communications to this forum have made it pretty clear that
the WBF would take the position that such a regulation would be
legal, based on the power granted to SOs by L80F.
AG : IBTD. L80F explicitly states that SOs' power to regulate is limited by the Laws, and L40A is no less of a law than any other.
