       The pause suggests the player is considering action.
        It is highly likely the action under consideration is 'double'.
        An out-of-the-blue 'Double' commonly suggests an unusual lead.
        The player on lead should not make an unusual lead.
        Leading a short suit may be deemed to have been suggested 
        by the hesitation.
        In my opinion.
