OTOH, maybe partner has five tricks but he doesn't want to double
because that would ask for a spade lead.
Or maybe partner is a cheat, and he wants a heart lead to beat the
contract, and is hesitating because he knows you'll be steered off a
spade lead that way.
This gets us nowhere.
