According to the definition they're all "average",
since they all contain 10 hcp.
Of course we all know that the playing strength
is far from equal, but that's another kettle of fish. :-(

+=+ Just so.  The regulation is based on HCP not
on playing strength.
    On the other hand there is a Systems Committee
decision, which I have just confirmed for Shanghai,
that xx/xx/AKQxxxx/xx is 'an average hand' for the
purposes of the WBF Systems Policy.
