+=+ I disagree with the assertion. I did not bother to 
argue it because it was evident from my comment.
        In my opinion 'information' includes presumptive 
information, as for example the presumption that the 
caller is interested in information a call has requested,
or again the understanding that in making a bid such as 
a relay bid, partner has one of the types of hands on 
which he will make that bid as a matter of partnership 
understanding.
