DBL (in tenpo, so pard can pull without an appeal).  
Pard freely bid 2S.  It must be "our hand".  I can't see
any place the opponents have for getting nine tricks.
We can't afford to sell 
to 3D undoubled at matchpoints.   This seems 100% clear.  (presumably 
North hesitated over 3D, and this is why the poll is being pursued here.)

No LAs (IMO) at match-points.    Unless you are the kind of person who
walks around carrying a sign saying "kick me, then steal from me."
