Pard's negative 3NT sounds like a minimum hand with Kxx- or KJx- in
spades, but that's actually fine here.  Like Laszlo, I would use
keycard or Gerber depending on what we have in place.  I would be
disappointed if we don't reach a good slam in clubs or NT.

I have a feeling 3S was not alerted splinter.
