Under the hard-line version of the De Wael
School, an assumption by _one_ partner
automatically creates a _mutual_ partnership
agreement.
Under the soft-line version of the De Wael
School, Herman graciously admits that it is
possible for a partnership to fail to have
an agreement, but Herman as TD uses Law 85
to determine disputed facts as if the hard-
line version of the De Wael School was true.
