AG : This is contradictory with the basic definitions in TFLB. 
So the ACBL's position is in a way illegal.
Dog bites man, no more.
 
NB : there should really exist some cetegory of "natural plus agreement",
bids that shan't be disallowed. So the ACBL's position, although incorrect,
it clever.
