While I agree that, practically speaking, full compliance with the  
laws and regulations regarding disclosure may be detrimental to the  
game, that is nonetheless what those laws and regulations require.  
Maybe we should move to abolish "full disclosure" in favor of  
"maximum practical disclosure". :-)
