All continuations by the defenders are allowed with or without  intervention

 means that after all the types of overcalls listed in the previous section then any continuation is allowed

ie after a two-suited overcall then you can continue how you like 

(on reflection it is apparent that your OB is defective ...... but then so to are the other 5,000 copies)

Trust me though .... I'm a TD
    1S      3C    to show Clubs or the reds is not an allowed method
