because of laziness, Law 75C says we must disclose our
SPECIAL
partnership agreements, but not the common meanings of calls
that these
people should know. We are not obligated to teach bridge.

 I treasure a postcard from Edgar Kaplan agreeing with this,
while hoping I would explain things to the inexperienced or
to visitors from afar who might be ignorant of local
"general knowledge." Yes, Edgar, I  would.
