Given that there is very strong evidence that West has already
perpetrated a terminological inexactitude in describing the East-
West partnership agreements, seeking further information about the
third-round East-West agreements seems to be an exercise that only
a credulous Appeals Committee would indulge in.

Translation:

Would you buy a used parked car from this man?
