The CCs will say "1N =12-14, Tim's partner is a walrus - if you notice 
Tim bidding 1N on 10/11/15 counts please don't *tell* the walrus as his 
sensibilities may be offended".

NB, it's unlikely that any walrus will be prepared to pay me enough to 
make me play with him :)

I wouldn't use decimal notation for this sort of partner because I don't 
think it would help opponents.

Nor do I expect walrii to use a mechanism other than strict HCP for 
their disclosure.
