+=+ I was first introduced to the chronological sequence of
dealing with multiple irregularities in the auction and play by Roy
Higson when he was EBU CTD, which would probably be some
forty years ago or thereabouts. I seem to remember that Kojak
and his predecessor as WBF CTDs also took this route. I have
always thought it a natural and logical approach.
For it to enter into the law book I feel it would need an
initiative from the WBF CTD and/or the WBF CTD Emeritus.
