Herman, I know that West and East switching directions during the
round is illegal, but Jeff was also referring to just choosing to play
West or East and knowingly getting to open more hands in an incomplete
Mitchell "even if they don't bother to change positions".  Are you
saying the latter is illegal?

Also, what punishment do you have in mind?
