+=+ It is not necessarily the case that a non-member 
of the appeals committee would be aware of the discussion.
For reasons that will occur to some I do not wish to name 
names but I am clear in my mind as to how we negotiated 
the decision to incorporate weighted 12C3 adjustments in 
our armoury.
