We play support Dbls (even when partner is known to have 5 spades; it helps 
to identify trump length and determine proper level).  So I Double.

2S when not playing support doubles. This hand is nice but not worth a jump 
nor 4S; bad breaks likely and partner has promised nothing more than 5 
spades and 6+HCP (he might have even fewer with the now-known singleton 
heart).
