I think Richard has answered his own question already - It is the Brown
Sticker regulations that are relevant here (Incidentally for trials in
England, it is only Brown Sticker and Hums which are not allowed at what we
call Level 4 that need advance notification. All conventions and methods
that are generally licenced for other competitions are allowed without
notice even if they are themselves Brown Sticker or even Hum
