I see nothing to be gained by it.  The best place 
to look for guidance is in the statements under 
Example 1 in the footnote to Law 75. I refer 
to the sentence that begins :"This explanation 
is an infraction of Law since ....".  
       I do have a note of this correspondence in 
my little black book, under 'Correct Procedure'.
