Um, I would consider something that is prohibited also illegal.
besides, I used "against the law", and that seems to be another way of 
saying the same thing.

Face it, Ed. You cannot get around the dilemma. Both alternatives 
contain illegal actions, or forbidden ones, or prohibited ones, or 
actions against the law, however you want to call them.
