L73D1 is about "vary[ing] the tempo or manner in which a call or play
is made" and has no bearing on the matter at all.

The notion that your actions may be constrained due to the fact that
your partner is known to maintain an extremely high standard of ethics
seems contradictory to common sense and absurd on its face. I guess
the regular posters on BBO have even more idle time on their hands than
we do.
