I'm not absolving the player because he failed to do something hard.  
I'm absolving him because his opponent's infraction caused the problem.
Had the 4H been a psych or a transfer (neither of those being an 
infraction, and a transfer not being alertable under EBU rules) I'd rule 
the reaction UI in the normal way.
